If you're ever diagnosed with a covered cancer, you gain access to:

  • A dedicated Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide you through every stage
  • Second-opinion pathology review & additional biomarker testing
  • Genetic tumor testing to direct precision treatment
  • Clinical trial search & enrollment support
  • A personalized treatment report from a panel of precision oncologists
  • Recurrence monitoring with advanced DNA blood-based tests

Cash benefits, paid directly to you — use them however you choose, in full and regardless of any other insurance:

New this year: R&R now offers Healthy Paws pet insurance (a Chubb company) as a voluntary benefit for your dogs and cats. It covers new accidents and illnesses — including hereditary and congenital conditions — so you can focus on caring for your pet instead of the bill.

  • Coverage options with no payout limits and up to 90% reimbursement
  • Use any licensed vet in the U.S. — and in Canada or U.S. territories while traveling — including specialists and emergency vets
  • Covers illnesses, accidents, hereditary & chronic conditions, cancer, surgery, hospitalization, diagnostics, prescriptions, and emergency & specialty care
  • 24/7 virtual vet care through Airvet included at no extra cost — unlimited chat & video visits, 2,000+ experts, and under-2-minute response times
  • Build the plan that fits you: choose your reimbursement level (50–90%), annual deductible, and annual limit — up to Unlimited

Benefit Spotlight

Take a few minutes to get the most from your R&R benefits. Each spotlight breaks down one of your plans in plain language — tap any title to read it, anytime.

Redirect Health — More Than a Card. A Care Team. Healthcare that travels with you.

Healthcare does not always happen close to home, during regular business hours, or when life feels calm and convenient.

Sometimes you are hundreds of miles from your regular doctor. Sometimes you are at work trying to squeeze an appointment into an already full day. Sometimes you are at home, caring for your family and wondering where to begin.

That is why R&R Transportation offers Redirect Health.

It is more than a medical plan and more than an insurance card. Redirect Health gives you access to a team of real people who can help you find care, research your options, schedule appointments, manage costs, and understand what to do next.

🚛 Healthcare That Travels With You

Redirect Health is designed for care wherever life happens.

Through the Redirect Health app, you can connect with a provider from the road, the office, or home. Many employees tell us that the ease of virtual care is one of their favorite parts of the plan.

It is a little like carrying your own provider in your pocket.

You can even request the same provider again, allowing you to build familiarity and continuity instead of explaining everything to someone new each time. (This is what I do — I have had the same provider for four years now.)

But virtual care is only the beginning. Redirect Health can also help you:

  • Find an appropriate provider
  • Research care and treatment options
  • Schedule appointments
  • Coordinate specialist care
  • Compare and negotiate costs
  • Arrange services and payment before your appointment
  • Answer questions about prescriptions and next steps

They help do the healthcare homework so you do not have to.

🔎 Less Searching. Less Guessing. More Help.

Trying to arrange healthcare can become a job of its own. You may spend hours searching provider lists, calling offices, checking availability, comparing prices, and wondering whether you chose the right place.

Redirect Health is designed to make that process easier. Instead of leaving you to navigate everything alone, their team can help with the research and coordination behind the scenes.

That support matters whether you are driving a truck across the country, working in the R&R office, or at home scheduling care for your family.

📱 Watch for Your Welcome Text

After enrolling, watch for a welcome text from Redirect Health. It is not just another message to scroll past — it is the first step in helping your care team get to know you.

The text will include instructions for setting up important information such as:

  • Your current doctors
  • Your medications
  • Your health history
  • Other information your care team may need

Completing these steps gives Redirect Health a head start. When you need care, their team will already have a clearer picture of your health, medications, and regular providers — helping them respond more quickly, make better-informed recommendations, and guide you without starting from scratch.

A few minutes now can make care easier later.

🗓️ Planned Care? Start With Redirect Health

For routine appointments, specialists, procedures, and other care that can be planned, contact Redirect Health first. This gives their team time to research providers, compare costs, negotiate pricing, and, in many situations, arrange or prepay for services before care is received.

Preauthorization is not intended to keep you from getting care. It is one of the ways Redirect Health works to help you receive high-quality care at the right place and at the best available cost.

Negotiating and coordinating care takes time, so contacting the team before a planned appointment gives them the best opportunity to protect you from unnecessary expenses.

🚨 In an Emergency, Get Care First

A true emergency is different. Go directly to the nearest emergency room. Do not delay emergency care while waiting for authorization.

Call or text Redirect Health when you are safely able and have a moment to breathe. Their team can then step in, support the process, and help manage the costs and questions that may follow.

Emergency first. Redirect Health as soon as you can.

🛡️ Your Out-of-Pocket Maximum Is a Safety Net

On the EverydayCARE Hospital and Hospital Plus plans, the individual out-of-pocket maximum is $4,000, and the family maximum is $6,000. But that maximum is meant to be a safety net, not a spending goal.

Redirect Health works to help employees avoid unnecessary costs through provider research, negotiation, prepayment arrangements, and finding alternative care and funding options when appropriate.

Many people are accustomed to presenting an insurance card and assuming everything else will work itself out. Unfortunately, even with traditional insurance, patients may still face unexpected or balance-billed expenses. Redirect Health works differently.

The card is one part of the plan. The real value is the care team working behind it.

💙 Dedicated Support for Serious and Complex Care

A serious diagnosis can change life in an instant. Suddenly, a family may be facing specialists, procedures, unfamiliar medical terms, financial concerns, and decisions they never expected to make.

This year, R&R employees facing advanced care, a serious diagnosis, or ongoing complex treatment will have access to a dedicated Redirect Health team trained to help navigate those situations. That support may include help with:

  • Specialized treatment
  • Complex provider coordination
  • Alternative funding programs
  • Ongoing care management

Complex medical care can be extraordinarily expensive, but there may be programs, providers, and funding resources that employees would never know how to find on their own. Redirect Health understands how to navigate those situations. You do not have to figure it all out alone.

⭐ Benefits You Can Actually Use

Redirect Health also includes everyday benefits that can make routine healthcare more accessible and affordable. Depending on the plan and following Redirect Health procedures, eligible members may receive:

  • $0 Copay Virtual Care — connect with a provider from your phone or computer, wherever you happen to be.
  • $0 Copay In-Person Primary Care — routine primary care without a copay when the visit is arranged through Redirect Health.
  • $0 Copay Urgent Care — care for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention without automatically turning to the emergency room.
  • $0 Copay X-Rays — eligible diagnostic X-rays may be available at no cost when coordinated through the plan.
  • $0 Copay Lab Work at Labcorp — eligible routine laboratory services are available through participating Labcorp locations.
  • 12 Chiropractic Visits Each Year ($50 copay after the 12 visits) — up to 12 $0 copay chiropractic visits annually; an especially valuable benefit for drivers, physical workers, office employees, and anyone dealing with the everyday aches that life can bring.

📬 Physical ID Cards and Welcome Packets Are Coming

In past years, members typically accessed their Redirect Health ID card through the app. We know that many employees also wanted something physical to keep in their wallet or provide to a spouse.

This year, R&R worked with Redirect Health to arrange for enrolled employees to receive a physical ID card and welcome packet in the mail, in addition to the digital card available in the app. This is a big step toward making the plan easier to understand and use from the very beginning.

💛 A Benefit I Personally Believe In

I have personally been covered by Redirect Health for four years. One of the things I value most is the help that happens behind the scenes.

Their team has found providers for me, scheduled appointments, researched care options, and helped me understand what to do next. Instead of handing me a directory and leaving me to sort through it, they have helped manage the details through my own health journey — including accidents and sickness.

That saves time. It reduces stress. And it makes healthcare feel much less lonely and overwhelming. That is the value we want every R&R employee and family member to understand.

📲 Download the App. Complete Your Profile. Start There Every Time.

The Redirect Health app puts your virtual care, digital ID card, appointments, health information, and care team right in your pocket.

After enrollment:

  1. Watch for your welcome text.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete your health profile.
  3. Download or reopen the Redirect Health app.
  4. Contact Redirect Health first whenever care can be planned.

The more information the team has and the earlier they are involved, the more opportunity they have to help coordinate care and manage costs.

Your R&R Open Enrollment Team
In partnership with SunRaes Benefit Solutions

Hey there, R&R Team!

Last year, R&R added a benefit called the Cancer Advocate Plan shortly before Open Enrollment. This year, you will see it under its new name, Advantage DNA.

Because it was introduced so quickly, we did not have the opportunity to fully explain what makes this benefit so different. And honestly, it deserves more than a quick mention.

The American Cancer Society estimates that more than 2.1 million people in the United States will receive a cancer diagnosis in 2026. That is approximately 5,790 people every day. Behind each number is a real person, a family and a life that suddenly looks very different.

Most cancer plans begin helping after someone becomes sick. Advantage DNA can begin helping before a diagnosis ever occurs.

🧲 Knowledge Before You Need It

Imagine being able to learn whether you carry certain inherited cancer risks, then having a professional help you understand what the results mean and what proactive steps you may want to discuss with your doctor.

Or imagine discovering that your DNA may affect how your body responds to certain medications, before spending months trying to find one that works well for you.

Advantage DNA provides access to two at-home, clinical-grade tests:

  • Hereditary Cancer Risk Testing, which looks for inherited genetic changes associated with certain types of cancer
  • Pharmacogenomic testing, also called PGx testing, which may help identify medications that are more likely to work well for you or cause unwanted side effects

The CDC explains that differences in our DNA can affect whether a medication helps, has little effect or causes a harmful reaction. Pharmacogenomic information can give patients and their doctors another tool for making more personalized medication decisions.

Your testing journey begins through a confidential Kadance portal. If a hereditary risk is identified, genetic counseling is available to help you understand the result and develop a personal action plan to share with your healthcare provider. A clinical pharmacist reviews PGx results and can provide medication recommendations to your prescribing physician.

This is not about creating fear. It is about giving you information, guidance and choices you might not otherwise have.

🚊 Someone Beside You When the Road Changes

Anyone who has experienced cancer in their family knows that the diagnosis is only the beginning.

Suddenly, there are medical terms to understand, specialists to coordinate, treatment choices to consider and important questions no one thought they would need to ask.

Advantage DNA provides an Oncology Nurse Navigator who can walk beside you through that process. Your navigator can help you understand the diagnosis, coordinate available services, communicate with your care team and guide you through treatment and recovery.

You are not handed a phone number and left to figure everything out alone. You have access to one-on-one support from someone who understands the cancer-care journey.

🛣️ More Information When Decisions Matter Most

If cancer is diagnosed, Advantage DNA may provide access to precision-cancer services that can help answer critical questions:

  • Was the diagnosis correctly identified?
  • What specific mutation may be driving the cancer?
  • Are there treatments designed for that mutation?
  • Could an appropriate clinical trial provide another option?
  • How can the care team watch for signs that the cancer has returned?

Eligible services include a second pathology review, genetic tumor testing, personalized treatment recommendations from precision-oncology experts, clinical-trial assistance and recurrence monitoring. If cancer returns, eligible precision-cancer management services may be available again.

These services do not replace your doctors. They provide your healthcare team with additional information that may help guide conversations and treatment decisions.

💵 Help With the Expenses No Medical Plan Can Prevent

Even with health insurance, cancer can affect far more than medical bills.

There may be time away from work, travel for treatment, childcare, meals on the road, household bills and countless unexpected expenses.

Advantage DNA includes cash benefits paid directly to the insured person following a covered cancer diagnosis. Depending on the elected coverage, the employee benefit can include three separate $5,000 payments:

  • $5,000 following the covered diagnosis
  • $5,000 six months after diagnosis
  • $5,000 twelve months after diagnosis

That can total $15,000 in cash benefits, paid in addition to other insurance and available to use wherever the family needs it most. Spouse coverage is also available, with benefits based on the spouse coverage offered under the plan.

It cannot remove the diagnosis, but it may provide a little breathing room during an extraordinarily difficult year.

❤️ Protection for the People Who Matter Most

Advantage DNA is available for employees and spouses. It is also offered on a guaranteed-issue basis, making this an especially valuable opportunity to access coverage through the R&R employee-benefits program. Coverage is portable, which means an enrolled member may be able to keep it after changing employers or retiring, provided the policy remains in force and premiums continue to be paid.

💛 Why R&R Chose This Benefit

R&R works hard to offer benefits that go beyond checking boxes.

Advantage DNA was chosen because it can provide something deeply valuable at every stage:

  • Knowledge before a diagnosis
  • A guide during treatment
  • Advanced information when decisions feel overwhelming
  • Financial support while a family is trying to keep life moving

Cancer benefits are available from many carriers. What makes this program different is the combination of proactive DNA insights, personalized medication information, precision-cancer services, one-on-one guidance and cash protection.

It is another way R&R is working to protect not only the employee behind the wheel, but the family behind every mile.

📌 Take a Closer Look During Open Enrollment

Full plan details, rates and documents will soon be available on the new R&R Benefits Website and in Employee Navigator.

There is nothing you need to do today. For now, we simply want you to understand the value of this opportunity so you can make an informed decision during Open Enrollment (July 31st – August 10th).

When you review your benefits this year, please take a few minutes to learn more about Advantage DNA. It may be one of the most meaningful and unique protections available to you and your family.

Your R&R Open Enrollment Team
In partnership with SunRaes Benefit Solutions

Hey there, R&R Team!

Most of us depend on our paycheck to keep everyday life moving.

The mortgage or rent still comes due. Groceries still need to be bought. Car payments, utilities, and household expenses do not pause because someone becomes sick, gets injured, or needs time away from work to recover.

That is where disability insurance becomes so important.

Beginning September 1st, R&R's Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage will move to Humana, creating a more coordinated path of income protection when an eligible illness, injury, or pregnancy keeps you from working.

⏳ When Recovery Takes Time, Coverage Matters

Disability insurance is designed to replace part of your income, helping create financial breathing room while you focus on getting better.

💚 Short-Term Disability: Help During the First Months

Short-Term Disability is designed for conditions that may temporarily keep you from working, including:

  • Pregnancy and childbirth
  • Fractures
  • Muscle sprains or strains
  • Digestive disorders
  • Covered illnesses and injuries
  • Recovery from certain surgeries or medical conditions

The new Humana Short-Term Disability plan provides:

  • 60% of your pre-disability earnings
  • Up to $1,000 per week
  • A minimum weekly benefit of $25
  • Benefits beginning on day 8 for both covered accidents and illnesses
  • Benefits lasting for up to 26 weeks

That 26-week benefit period is twice as long as the 13-week option many employees currently have, giving employees more time to recover before short-term benefits end.

🛡️ Long-Term Disability: Protection When Recovery Takes Longer

Some health conditions do not fit neatly into a few weeks or months. Cancer, heart attack, stroke, severe fractures, muscle injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders may require a much longer recovery period.

Humana Long-Term Disability provides:

  • 60% of your pre-disability earnings
  • Up to $6,000 per month
  • Benefits beginning after a 180-day elimination period
  • Rehabilitation services designed to help employees return to work when possible

The 180-day waiting period closely follows the 26-week Short-Term Disability period, allowing the two plans to create a more complete bridge when elected together.

🤝 How the Two Plans Can Work Together

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability may be elected separately. However, together they provide the strongest income-protection bridge:

  • Short-Term Disability helps replace part of your weekly income during the first several months of a covered disability.
  • Long-Term Disability may continue replacing part of your income if the disability lasts beyond 180 days and the claim remains eligible.

The goal is to reduce the financial gap between the day an employee becomes disabled and the time they are able to return to work.

💰 What Could This Mean in Real Life?

Consider an employee earning $80,000 per year.

Short-Term Disability: the employee earns approximately $1,538 per week. At 60%, the Short-Term Disability benefit could be approximately $923 per week. Benefits could begin after the eight-day waiting period and continue for up to 26 weeks, subject to the plan's terms and claim approval.

Long-Term Disability: the employee earns approximately $6,667 per month. At 60%, the Long-Term Disability benefit could be approximately $4,000 per month. Benefits could begin after the 180-day elimination period if the disability continues and the claim remains eligible.

The exact benefit and payroll deduction will depend on the employee's earnings, age, elected coverage, and the terms of the plan.

🏠 Disability Can Affect More Than the Employee

When someone cannot work, the financial impact often reaches the entire household. Disability benefits may help a family continue paying for:

  • Housing
  • Utilities
  • Groceries
  • Transportation
  • Childcare
  • Insurance
  • Everyday household expenses

The benefit cannot make an illness or injury disappear. But it may help keep the rest of life from unraveling while someone works toward recovery.

🔄 What Happens to Current Coverage?

Employees currently enrolled in Short-Term or Long-Term Disability coverage will be mapped to the corresponding Humana plan whenever possible. However, every employee should still review:

  • The new benefit amount
  • The waiting period
  • The length of coverage
  • The new payroll deduction
  • Whether both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability fit their needs

You may elect either plan separately, but please consider how the two plans work together before making your decision.

✅ Good News Regarding Your Coverage Continuity

We want to make your transition to the new disability plan as seamless as possible. You will receive full credit for time already served toward your pre-existing condition waiting period.

  • If you have already met your waiting period: you will not need to meet it again.
  • If you are in the middle of a waiting period: you will receive credit for the time you have already completed and will only need to fulfill the remaining balance.

📞 Help Is Available When You Need to File a Claim

Humana offers several ways to submit a disability claim:

  • By your Humana Mobile App
  • By phone
  • By email
  • By mail
  • By fax

A specialized customer-care team is available to help guide R&R Transportation employees through the claim process, including the employee, employer, medical authorization, and physician portions of the application.

Full claim instructions and forms will be available on the R&R Benefits Website.

🧡 Why We Made This Change

We chose the Humana disability plans because they provide a more coordinated approach to protecting employees' income.

The new Short-Term Disability plan provides 26 weeks of benefits as the standard option. Under the previous plan, employees who selected the 13-week benefit period could face a gap in income protection if they remained unable to work beyond those 13 weeks. The new 26-week design helps carry coverage through the full 180-day waiting period before Long-Term Disability may begin for an eligible continuing disability.

It creates a clearer road from short-term recovery to longer-term protection.

Hey R&R Team!

We have negotiated new dental options through Humana that offer stronger coverage choices at more competitive rates. Both plans include:

  • 100% preventive coverage
  • 80% basic coverage
  • 50% major coverage
  • Up to 3 routine cleanings per year
  • Up to 4 periodontal cleanings
  • $0 virtual dental visits
  • Access to Humana's national dental network

🚧 Even Healthy Teeth Can Have an Unexpected Detour

You may take great care of your teeth and only expect routine cleanings. But dental needs are not always planned.

Maybe you're eating popcorn during a movie and crack a tooth. Suddenly you may need an exam, X-rays, a crown, or even a root canal. Those services can add up quickly and could max out a $1,000 annual maximum. That's why it's worth considering how much protection you and your family may need.

🦷 Choose the Plan that Fits YOUR Needs

Essential $1,000 Plan

A lower-cost option for routine care and occasional dental needs.

  • $1,000 annual maximum
  • No orthodontia
  • Employee-only cost: $8.10 per week

By removing child orthodontia from this plan, R&R was able to make it even more affordable.

Unlimited High Plan

A stronger option for larger or ongoing dental expenses.

  • Unlimited annual maximum
  • Adult and child orthodontia
  • 50% orthodontia coverage, up to a $1,000 lifetime maximum
  • Employee-only cost: $10.75 per week

For employee-only coverage, that's just $2.65 more per week for unlimited annual benefits and orthodontia for both adults and children.

💵 Weekly Payroll Deductions

Employee + Spouse $16.20 $21.49
